Communications internship during Feral 2026.
Feral
Feral is the highlight of Cifas' programme. This year, the festival will take place from 24 to 26 September 2026.
Feral is a festival that reimagines our relationship with the city, that reflects on today’s urgent political and social issues, and how artists take them into their hands.
Communications internship
We are looking for an intern who would be willing to join Feral’s small team (between 1 and 4 people, depending on the time of year) to help us prepare, support and organise the festival, with a particular focus on the festival’s communication.
Job description
Under the supervision and guidance of the communications officer, the intern will be required to carry out some of the tasks listed below:
Communications

Setting up and managing communication tools:
- Producing the printed programme – liaising with the graphic designer, the communications officer and the artists
- Uploading the programme to the website
- Drafting and distributing the press kit
- Preparing and sending out newsletters

Distribution of promotional materials:
- Social media engagement
- Distribution of programmes

Public engagement:
- Coordinating and monitoring registrations
- Identifying a target audience
- Liaising with residents, participants and local organisations

During the festival:
- Monitoring daily communications (posts, shares, etc.)
- Welcoming the public
- Coordinating documentation: photography, recording, etc.
Additional staff in Production
As the festival enters its final stages, the team becomes indispensable, and mutual support and assistance are integral to our way of working. We all end up wearing a few hats!
Depending on the individual’s background, we may also expand their responsibilities to suit their interests and the needs of the situation.
Ideal candidate
- Have an affinity with Cifas’ artistic project and activities
- Be enthusiastic about and curious regarding hybrid projects
- Be flexible and a good listener
- Be responsible and able to work independently
- Speak French and be able to use English in a work environment
- Where candidates are equally qualified, we will give preference to those from under-represented groups within the organisation
- Having a bicycle and/or a driving licence is an advantage

Conditions
The internship is unpaid, but you will receive an allowance of 40 euros per day worked, under a voluntary agreement.
