Forêt : si vous vous égarez sans boussole : marchez jusqu’à la première dénivellation, prenez la plus forte pente qui vous conduit à une vallée ; suivez le thalweg ; vous arriverez au ruisseau, à la rivière, à la route, au village.
Et pour la suite, on vous envoie le bois : des outils et des temps collectifs. Qu’ils nous réchauffent et prennent racine !

Constellations 2026
Plus que 5 jours pour postuler à notre programme de co-apprentissage autour de l’art vivant dans la ville, accompagné par l'artiste Sarah Vanhee
Dix artistes, neuf jours répartis sur quatre mois et mille résonances. Constellations : un terrain de jeu pour tester, penser et créer ensemble l’art dans l’espace public d’aujourd’hui.
Le programme s’organise autour de la présentation de prototypes (une courte proposition artistique qui permet de tester une idée sans s’y attacher) qui seront ensuite triturés et chéris par l’ensemble du groupe.
Chaque année, le Cifas invite un·e artiste pour accompagner cette trajectoire. En 2026, ce sera Sarah Vanhee qui viendra prêter son regard.
Artiste, performeuse et autrice, Sarah Vanhee développe une pratique transdisciplinaire qui prend racine dans la co-création et les récits invisibilisés. Ses projets — bodies of knowledge, Words Service, The Making of Justice, Lecture For Every One… — s’inventent dans des cadres ouverts où l’écoute et l’imagination radicale sont forces de transformation sociale. Ses œuvres se déploient in situ, à l’intérieur ou en marge des institutions, dans l’espace urbain comme dans l’intime, en prison, à l’hôpital ou à l’école.

Plus que quelques jours pour postuler au séminaire du cycle Pratiques Dramaturgiques proposé par La Bellone et co-réalisé par le Cifas : Négocier entre conflit et liberté créative mené par Prisca Ratovonasy
Comment les artistes négocient-ils leur liberté créative dans des contextes contrastés — qu’ils soient institutionnels, indépendants ou alternatifs, parfois in situ ou dans des lieux dédiés ? Comment concilier autonomie et contraintes structurelles ? Comment inventer, dans le dialogue et parfois dans la friction, des espaces de création émancipateurs ?
En s’appuyant sur son expérience de dramaturge, d’autrice et de réalisatrice, Prisca Ratovonasy propose une réflexion collective sur les dynamiques entre conflit et liberté : non pas pour les opposer, mais pour en examiner les tensions productives.
Une attention particulière sera portée aux expériences des artistes racisé·es, aux obstacles et aux leviers qu’iels rencontrent dans le champ des arts vivants, et à la manière dont la dramaturgie peut contribuer à faire émerger d’autres récits, d’autres présences, d’autres représentations.
La performance comme un acte radical de résistance : l’intervention de crazinisT artisT à Feral 2024 est en ligne
Au lendemain de Kall for Healing, un rituel de guérison collective, Va-Bene Elikem Fiatsi aka crazinisT artisT partage à Feral 2024 la genèse de sa pratique de la performance. Elle y présente la performance comme un acte radical de résistance face à la persécution de la communauté LGBTQIA+, menacée depuis plusieurs années au Ghana par un projet de loi qui cherche à criminaliser les personnes LGBT+, leurs allié·es, parents, ami·es.
À travers la visualisation d’une de ses performances — sa propre crucifixion au milieu du flux urbain — Va-Bene Elikem Fiatsi nous invite à une réflexion incarnée et urgente sur la nécessité d’intervenir en tant qu’artiste LGBTQIA+ dans l’espace public. Elle y mesure les risques concrets et l’ampleur d’un combat qui devra se faire sur plusieurs générations pour survivre et lutter contre ce qu’elle identifie de « nouvelles croisades ». Devant la force de sa prise de parole, nous publions la version audio sur la Cifasothèque, en complément à sa publication dans la Revue Feral n°3.

Constellations 2026
Only 5 days left to apply for our co-learning programme on performing arts in the city, accompanied by Sarah Vanhee
Ten artists, nine days spread over four months and a thousand resonances. Constellations: a playground for testing, thinking and creating art together in today's public space.
The programme is organised around the presentation of prototypes (short artistic proposals that allow ideas to be tested without committing to them), which will then be refined and cherished by the whole group.
Each year, Cifas invites an artist to accompany this journey. In 2026, Sarah Vanhee will lend her perspective.
Artist, performer and author, Sarah Vanhee develops a transdisciplinary practice rooted in co-creation and invisible narratives. Her projects — bodies of knowledge, Words Service, The Making of Justice, Lecture For Every One... — are created in open frameworks where listening and radical imagination are forces for social transformation. Her works unfold in situ, within institutions or at their margins, in urban spaces as well as in intimate settings, in a prison, hospital or school.
The sessions will take place from 9:30 to 17:30 on the following dates:
European programme supporting 200 emerging artists creating in public space
IN SITU is launching a new Open Call for its programme PLATFORM to select around 60 artists. They will be offered exclusive online content to learn about artistic production related to art in public space and an in-person immersive lab with learning and networking opportunities somewhere in Europe.

Prisca Ratovonasy
Only a couple of days left to apply to Prisca Ratovonasy's seminar in the Dramaturgy Practices cycle proposed by La Bellone in collaboration with Cifas: Negotiating Between Conflict and Creative Freedom
This seminar explores how artists negotiate their creative freedom in contrasting artistic contexts — whether institutional, independent or alternative, sometimes site specifically or in dedicated venues. How can autonomy be reconciled with structural constraints? How can truly emancipatory spaces for creation be invented through dialogue and sometimes friction?
Drawing on her experience as a dramaturg, author and director, Prisca Ratovonasy offers a collective reflection on the dynamics between conflict and freedom: not to oppose them, but to examine their productive tensions.
Particular attention will be paid to the experiences of BIPOC artists, the obstacles and levers they encounter in the performing arts field, and how dramaturgy can contribute to the emergence of other narratives, other presences, other representations.
Performance as a radical act of resistance: crazinisT artisT's talk at Feral 2024 is now online
In the wake of Kall for Healing, a collective healing ritual, Va-Bene Elikem Fiatsi aka crazinisT artisT shares the origins of her performance practice. She presents performance as an act of radical resistance in the face of persecution of the LGBTQIA+ community, which has been threatened for several years in Ghana by a bill that seeks to criminalise LGBT+ people, their allies, parents and friends.
Through the visualisation of one of her performances — her own crucifixion in the middle of the urban flow — Va-Bene Elikem Fiatsi invites us to engage in an embodied and urgent reflection on the need to intervene as an LGBTQIA+ artist in public space. She assesses the concrete risks and the scale of a struggle that will have to be fought over several generations in order to survive and fight what she identifies as ‘new crusades’. Given the power of her words, we are publishing the audio version here in addition to its publication in Feral Magazine n°3.
